How to get the best out of PhD Battery!
Directions for a pre-workout energy boost or carbohydrate load: Add 2 scoops of PhD Battery +/-3 to 300-400ml ice cold water and shake for 5 to 10 seconds
During exercise: Add 2 scoops of PhD Nutrition’s Battery +/-3 to 300-400ml of ice cold water and shake vigorously for 5- 10 seconds.
