Have tried all 3 flavours now and i personally prefer the smooth fruit best. Have definately got stronger sionce using this product for the past 4 months. Just wished it came with more servings! Fast delivery though, orderd late afternoon and received next day! (Posted on 2/13/13)

The Science of Growth matrix......

Growth matrix is the first product that contains hydrolysed whey to be available on the market. This is a whey protein that has been treated with enzymes that break it down into smaller amino acids and peptides, allowing them to be absorbed much faster (almost immediately). It also contains 7,000mgs of L-Leucine which stimulates protein synthesis with the muscles. L-luecine slows the degredation of muscle tissue and increases muscle growth. Growth matrix also incudes peptide bonded glutamine at 5,000mg per serving and creapure creatine at 2,500mg per serving. These ingeredients will replenish stores of creatine and glutamine after your workout.
