I'm using the orange flavour at the moment which tastes good (just like orange squash). Decided to give them a go instead of taking amino acids caps which can be a pain throwing 6 down your throat every session! will probably try tropical falvour next to mix it up a bit but very impressed with the product so far.Value Quality Price
