Lets take a look at the main nutrients you will receive from reflex progen.

Protein

Progen provides 40g of protein this is the equivalent to approximately 180g of meat, 4 eggs, or about a litre and a half of milk. The protein within progen is a scientifically calculated blend of micellar casein, BCAA's and egg white protein. This is a mix between slow and quick release protein each form of protein provides it's own individual benefits.

slow release carbohydrates

Progen provides an impressive 24g of slow release carbohydrates. These will keep your blood sugar levels stable, they will also suppress your appetite for longer. Reflex has Used Organic oats. These are a low G.I source and will please the health conscious athlete’s and those bodybuilders as it will provide quality lean gains without flooding muscles with cheaper blends of dextrose and maltodextrin.
